Horrible blame culture To progress you need to suck up on people with no knowledge or value The data they give to the clients is 90% fabricated, it is a disgrace honestly They made the employees go to the office the day of the snow storm. No working from home is allowed. Hot desking so you don't have your own desk and everything is dirty You are told off suddenly without 1 to 1s or warning or even your boss pointing out the areas you could improve. Your opinion is not valued unless you are par of the inner circle. The majority of people working there come from small agencies with no data experience hence the end result offered to the client is of lowe quality as they do not have the experience of having vast resources and leveraging data. -Horrible just horrible and disorganised overall. Horrible people, horrible culture. Happy to have resigned.
