Worst management! Current HR director loves to discipline employee, but she should be disciplined as she has violated all agencies policies! In 2011 as a HR director she made a comment that "I have allowed (name of the employee, who is now longer employee with the agency) to sexually harass my HR department!!!" She should have been fired for making this comment in Admin conference room. There were so many people in that room who heard HR director's comment. Agency's policy prohibits employee from streaming online audio and videos, however so many employee has found HR director streaming audio from Sirius xm radio on her computer. Current HR director also asked her staff member to clean up her wind shield in the winter time and employee have cleaned it up, because they were scared. There so many things at this agency that employee hats! HR director wants agency's employee to function like a private company, but she is not realizing that to make that happen, she needs to pay agency's employee like private company pays to their employees!
