Poor wages for production. You may get 2-3 % but not always, this includes cost of living. If their successes are based with how the raises are rated, they're in deep trouble. Want you seen but not heard from. Plenty of management with poor skills. Need to have compassion and willing to work with the people. Need to learn to work with people and be more understanding. Be more helpful and not making people feel poorly about themselves. Trust...... employees are leery about trusting. They've been burned by broken promises. More and more work is being sent out to Mexico and China, International orders with downsizing in a lot of areas. Not sure new President of company was a positive. Have seen him in his TRUE colors.
