EVERYTHING! This was the most unprofessional job I have ever had. Favoritism is blatantly obvious and I was unwilling to kiss up so therefore I was not a favorite. They do not care about the quality of your work which makes everything very unfair. The position also started out as an inbound call center and then was switched to an outbound (essentially glorified telemarketers). They switched the position in a very sneaky manner without notifying the employees. I do not foresee this position lasting so I would not recommend accepting employment unless you are looking for something short term.
