While Working at Starpay I had the pleasure to work with an amazing staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The company genuinely prides itself on customer service which is outdone by the staff. During my time at Starpay, I learned an incredible amount in such a short amount of time. Not only do I know what I am doing but I was taught how to understand what I am doing as well. The owner knows her staff well and likes to get to know all of her clients on a personal level. All of the management team is happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding the work you are doing. They encourage it and want you to learn.

I live far away from the business

Starpay has a very friendly environment which relies on heavy teamwork and communication. Since it's a small company you might be assigned many different types of tasks which has personally helped me grow in places I didn't realize I could grow. A year ago, the job was shaky but they have since hired an excellent director who has helped create a healthy work environment and who keeps everything in check. Even though it's such a small company, there is a LOT of personality and it makes those 8 hours go by quick and painless. I am very glad to have worked here for a year, if the opportunity arises and we cross paths in the future, I'd love to do it again.

Being a small company, the workload can vary greatly. Some days will be dead and other days you will work hard (especially if someone is out sick). Also, due to being a small company, the benefits are not what you'd find at a big company. There are also many authority figures that intermingle so if you don't have the communications skills to express what you're prioritizing or when you need help, you might have a hard time.
