It’s a company completely fueled by connections, if you don’t know the owner, you’re essentially invisible, with zero chance of advancement or recognition. The managers blindly submit to the owner, and no one takes real responsibility for their roles. The culture is blatantly unfair, and the environment is relentlessly stressful. There isn’t even a proper HR manager; the finance manager handles both HR and finance, which is a complete mess for both departments. On top of that, they pay salaries late and inconsistently. I've received my salary 20 days late, sometimes even a whole month late, causing serious financial strain when it comes to paying my rent and other expenses.
