-Horrible management -New Client is really bad. -No longer a fun environment - Not allowed bathroom break, or system issue downtime. Forced to work through them. Honestly, don't apply here. You will get screamed at on the phone by for 8 hours a day and management does not care about your mental health and will do the bare minimum to ensure you get proper coaching, team meetings and required training. The place will be going under before the end of 2020. The new client is horrible. They advertise Fun @ Work event, but you will never be able to participate in them because you will never get time off the phones to go to them and only management will be able to "have fun".
