There are certain leaders/ managers who notate in a customer account to do a follow-up call, but fail to actually call customer back. If or when customers call to speak with that particular manager, then that manager has an excuse not to speak directly to the customer at that moment or manager refuses to speak with customer at all. The starting hourly pay might be $10.00, or $10.50. This is barely enough with the net pay/ take home pay for a single person, without any dependents. I have been employed with this company for 7 months, as of currently.
