The working environment is terrible. Where else can you go to work and have management threaten to fire you if you WON'T work overtime due to actually wanting to see my family on my SCHEDULED day off!. Management only works with you if you play to sandbox game. As an ADULT this kind of work environment should be left behind with the dinosaurs. This type of call cenre work really demands that the employees who take the calls and deal with the customers should be helped and assisted by management instead of the corporate entity mentality taking over and just pushing the employees who do their job well out the door. No, I didn't get fired, I quit due to threats to my job. What happened is that I did my job too well (100% quality for months) and was punished for this.
