Good culture for teams. They try to offer incentives. If you do late/early morning hours, they provide transportation. When in New Kingston it was very near to public transportation and food businesses, can't speak for the new HWT location. Has flexible schedules for persons who do schooling.

Svantaggi

Very low Pay. Career opportunities are there its just hard to enter into new positions when bias and favouritism persists. Sexual Harassment is RAMPANT and continuous. You will get granted benefits for sexual favours. They don't acknowledge Jamaican holidays, so you have to work (with extra pay). HR is basically useless. When employees from International locations visit, they try to take advantage of you or they look down on you.
