Vantaggi
-Was WFH during covid -team mates really nice
Svantaggi
-Toxic environment -minimum wage -Hired as “Full-Time” then gave us our contracts a month almost into training and told us we were “Part-Time”. Was basically there way of trying to get out of paying for certain benefits and to reduce your shifts even though promised Fulltime hours still. -micro-managed. Had to say when going to toilet etc or would get in trouble. -Team Leaders were extremely toxic and would threaten to fire us in team meetings sometimes. Rashi in particular was extremely rude and would outright harass or say nasty things to her team and was unprofessional. 3 employees on her team left or asked to be moved. -Have to answer a high volume of calls each day 40-80 depending on how long calls go for. Majority of calls are upset people and sometimes will swear and abuse you. -Company does not like to assist customers, when issues are clearly wrong that need to be fixed they tell us to tell customers they need to wait a long time to fix. If we try to help customers we risk getting in trouble. -they have messed up my pay multiple times. -they fired half the workers on a campaign and said it would not happen again. Then they said they would make another 50 employees have unpaid leave for a month because they weren’t allowed to have them work. They told them they would be back to full time work after the month however when the month was over majority was fired. In 3 months there was close to 240 workers which was reduced to 35.
