it was really good at the beginning. as long as they had this one manager there, the workers were taken care of. then he quit.

Then it became pure chaos. They would throw you on depts (ex billing) with no training or warning. What training they did was a joke. There were tools I never got access to for these departments. The rules would constantly shift. I got a final written warning on something the manager did not inform me about. Then he tried to trick me into signing off on it. Was fired for two first and final written warnings that should have rolled off (including the one the manager tried to trick me into sighing) speaking of which good luck getting help from a manager. and support you could be on for up to half an hour.
