The location is nice, all the equipment is fairly new, you get your own desk as a call agent (no desk sharing, ever) and the people I work for are pretty nice.
Svantaggi
Even for a BPO, it is very very volatile. They are constantly making decisions short notice (example: you come in on a Thursday and find out that you are getting a new schedule and starting training for a whole new client/call type the following Monday.) They are far more interested in pleasing and accommodating their clients that they are their employees, yet they are constantly telling us that without us there would be no jobs!
