CEO is very caring and always checking up on employees. Had daily meetings that were really enjoyable!

Not as much guidance but good learning experience.

I work as an intern for the company and disagree with some of the posts here. I was one of the interns offered a spot to continue after summer and have positive things to say about my experience. Sure things could always be improved but having been involved with another startup before, I can say StartupTree has done a great job creating an environment where both employees and interns are given opportunities to develop. I've seen most interns who have worked at StartupTree get hired by companies like Amazon, Apple, Facebook, afterwards which I think speaks to the experience. Every time I've reached out to the CEO, he's always made himself available including for advice on career and personal development.

It can be tough to keep up with the pace as customers and users are increasing quickly. It's challenging because there are so many requests from customers but I know this is what being a part of a startup is about.
