- there is a lack of connection and understanding between who works at Stash and who Stash seeks to serve - leadership is inconsistent and lacking in transparent communication - roles are unclear and varying - the way layoffs were done was not people-first and dehumanizing; laptops got shut off within minutes not allowing any word to get out from those affected - To then purport how you’re on a list for best employers for diversity within the same time period is heinous and embarrassing at best. - there was a lot of unnecessary gossip about the state of the company that was never clear leading up (watching people get let go after leadership was reassuring folks or telling us to start working harder) - tasks seemingly either never get done, forgotten, or rushed for no apparent reason
