Top heavy with layer and layer of management. Dishonesty at the upper levels of management. The organization has been in a downward spiral with falling market share. The obvious solutions are never the one they choose to increase market share. It's as if they purposely want to crater the organization. Vern Steiner has proven to be inept as CEO.
