MANAGEMENT/LEADERSHIP is overbearing! They care about the customers, not the employees. Constant unrealistic expectations are given and involve extreme micromanaging. Workflow optimization is leadership lead and does not include considerations of the actual employees who do the job. Pay is not fair. Moving up in the company is nearly impossible. Hybrid expectations for a job that can be done 100% remotely. Unnecessary to drive into the office for the sake of doing so.
