Also, if you're not happy in your current position or department, generally they are willing to work with you on finding a better role/fit within the company.

Very corporate with too many levels of management, lack of innovation due to corporate structure and bureaucracy, if not mobile your advancement opportunities are fairly limited, headquarters is in the middle of nowhere Illinois, the feeling of not really making an impact because company is so huge.
