They want the screen time in their life to do everything from entertain, to get a ride, to deliver groceries and YES, DEFINITELY to buy car insurance ! This is easiest with Geico and hardest with State Farm. They better get real about the need for independent contractors that can deliver on their needs for a more effortless customer experience, or they are going to lose their number ONE position in the marketplace. Even the financial planning products business (life insurance, investments) can be best mined using apps and surveys and interactive processed with screen time on phones or tablets, to determine a customer's needs and use the AI to determine the best fit for their needs.
