There is quite a bit of stability, the benefits are great, a good reputation. If you are looking for somewhere to explore a field this is your place. If you're looking to plant a flag, you might want to sail a little further.
Svantaggi
There is fairly little upward mobility under 4 years. The work can be repetitive at times (especially after you master whatever you're doing), and you don't get the investment training you would expect applying here unless you take alot of proactive measures. The pay is nominal as well.
