On paper this seems like the perfect job to get into fashion. The pay is good, there’s room to grow, and hours are plentiful.

This is the worst management team I’ve ever had. All styling and creative expression has been removed from the job so while you are working remotely, you are not utilizing your fashion styling skills. Anyone could do the job now, you are just inputting sizes and clicking on premade outfits to send. Not only do they push you hard (mandatory overtime can be up to 10/12 hour days for weeks at a time) but they absolutely are unprofessional. They gossip about all their employees and create a toxic work environment. Ask them about their employee turnover rate :-) there is no HR so any issues you have with management you are expected to bring to them. If they do not see an issue it will not get solved. That being said, mosts stylists leave due to issues with management after about 8 months.

- Great company to work for - understanding, kind, and communicative leadership, constantly feel recognized and valued - job itself is pretty easy - employees are constantly getting promoted so if you want to grow with this company you will! - Choose your own hours - completely self sufficient, leads are in no way micro managers. - diverse

- Being a stylist can be tedious & repetitive, you are tied to your computer for 8 hours a day, five days a week - pay isn't great, insurance is offered but it's the bottom of the barrel insurance. - PTO isn't offered until you've been with the company for a year. - When people quit or call in everyone's work load is effected, there is not enough employees for how fast the company is growing.
