      The company seems to be a drift, I am very worried about the decision been made by the owner. New higher level management seems to be inadequate and border line not capable of the performing the job they were retained to do. HR wants to run operations, yet lots of HR issues around. Operations is running around like a chicken with the head cut off. The office is a bad set up , no energy flow. Owner wants to spend no money. Its time to get the resume out

      Great place to learn operations and planning for projects. I decided to write this because several friends that I referred pointed me to some negative reviews posted below. I have been here over a year; and there is great team work, support and a feeling of a winning team. I understand that the company had to reduce workforce last year but at this time we are keeping our heads down and growing.
