Great place to learn operations and planning for projects. I decided to write this because several friends that I referred pointed me to some negative reviews posted below. I have been here over a year; and there is great team work, support and a feeling of a winning team. I understand that the company had to reduce workforce last year but at this time we are keeping our heads down and growing.

we wear many hats and I have heard some people complain.

Everything that may have been a "pro" was a lie or misrepresented! I really have nothing to say here, except to warn others.

the company sounded great at first, was promised a lot. It was a salaried position, the only reason I accepted the offer, and we were brought in believing the "warm" leads were being generated by a lead generation team would keep us busy on sales presentations and closing deals. Couldn't have been further from the truth! We were expected to generate our own leads, use the info provided to us by the company as "contact" points, to try and get ourselves into a sales meeting, as well as create a sales process and train new hires the program which we created. There was absolutely NO processes in place!! After 10 months, with weekly threats of not producing enough "new" leads, never mind what we were doing with closing our existing leads, 2 of us(out of a 3 person team), were told we were being switched to 1099, commission only!
