I went above and beyond for over a year, and I was extremely exhausted to the point that I had to get professional help . It is a very toxic work environment. The new employees are the only one that still has some professioanl ethic, but the rest are equally disrespectful and toxic as top management. The CEO yells, humiliates and insults everyone and throw things across the office/conference room (chairs and desk phone). The nicest thing you are going to hear is that your parents are S@#%T, that your father's sperm was S@#%T and you were born as a stupid mongolic idiot, he will open his wallet and throw his money on the table and call you poor excuse of idiot and that without him you are nothing, sexual comments like he can have 20 women on his boat and have and do (sexual comment) with them because he has money and you don't. If this does that tells you something, then go ahead and uit your current job. You will regret it. They will lure you in with empty promises, nice office, nice VIP position, and salary ... don't do it. You will never receice a yearly raise or incentives, and your position is only good on paper - nothing else I went to the Dept of Labor, but they hide behind the excuse that it's your word against theirs, and they will do anything and everyhing to get away with the toxicity they portray in a daily basis. You will need videos/recordings to open a complaint/investigations with the Dept of Labor.
