Vantaggi

Co workers are nice and helpful "ok" place to gain some experience Able to buy extra vacation days They just added two ping pong tables

Svantaggi

Too many to fit in a review, here are the greatest hits: Terrible rate of pay, with almost no opportunities for raises. Micromanagement to the max... to the point where it makes working very uncomfortable and unpleasant Nepotism is rampant Favoritism even more. (Managers do not lead by example. At all) Constant fear of being laid off (Company was bought out by a Chinese company) look up Trade Adjustment Agreement case# 91240

Vantaggi

None-you realize within a short time that you made a bad decision.

Svantaggi

Lack of Work-Life Balance: The company culture does not support a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal life, leading to burnout and dissatisfaction among employees. Poor Accountability: Management consistently fails to hold underperforming employees accountable, which places an unfair burden on high-performing team members. No Investment in Employee Development: There is little to no emphasis on career growth, skill development, or training opportunities, leaving employees stagnant in their roles. Compliance Issues: The company knowingly violates state and federal regulations, operating under the assumption that avoiding detection is an acceptable risk. This creates significant ethical and legal concerns. Unequal Workload Distribution: High-performing employees are often expected to compensate for the lack of effort or competence in others, which leads to resentment and decreased morale. Unqualified Decision-Makers: Critical decisions are frequently made by individuals who lack the necessary experience or qualifications, leading to inefficient processes and poor strategic outcomes.
