No work ethics or protocols - People were fired just because they were asking questions about the VISION and expectations. Workplace is a School place now. Your productivity is not as important as the number of working hours logged IN. Your pee breaks will be considered too. You will be judged even for a laugh. But relatives and friends are not at radar. Deep rooted politics even at such early stage startup and highly toxic culture. Don't even dare to ask questions otherwise you will be tracked and judged at office. Too shallow on ego to take constructive feedback even at leadership level. If given with feedback they will fire you saying ''You are replaceable'' People surrounded by yes men will be safe. They have fired a lot of people strategically - First they shifted people without any notice to indifferent departments saying we are moving people internally. After 1 month, they are constantly told that they are not performing in the 3rd month they will be told to leave on immediate notice. They will force you to write resignation email, if not done they will fire you on performance basis with no PIP policy implementation.
