The owner is arrogant, self centered, cheap, and a bully. He has no problem screaming at you in front of others. He has no regard for other people's opinions. His demands are also unethical and illegal, like asking women about their child care needs in interviews, clear favoritism, firing/demoting at will. The good thing is that he's not always there! There aren't enough parking spaces for employees. The building is a disaster.
