Managers and directors have an obsession with overkill making tasks more complicated and time consuming than necessary again, leading to burnout. Culture has been degrading over last ~2 years also contributing to the high turnover, and hours can be significant where it feels project leads have minimal to no respect for your time, effort, and outside of work commitments.
