Management teams like to send secret messages to each other discussing other employees sitting right next to them... President sends messages to "cut fat" from teams all while social media is saying "We're hiring" Don't ever expect a raise, doesn't matter if you get a promotion or have been there for multiple years, they will fight to the teeth to line their own pockets. Consistently RUDE to their partner carriers going out of their way to mock and ridicule them. Also higher level management can openly have affairs with coworkers who are never meeting performance standards and nothing is done besides firing those who address it with HR.
