H1B Scam - Recensione dipendente - Mechanical Design Engineer presso Steam & Process Repairs

Good spot to learn the trade and develop skills but thats it.

Poor management Not taking employees saftey concerns seriously Not taking employees work life balance into account

No pros anymore! Only pro is job security and barely that. The way they are going they won’t last long! Talk to there workers like they mean nothing when we are out here front line slaving for them to be rich!! No OT anymore. You stay home half the week. Work you long crazy hrs on weekends. Really sucks

Pay is crappy! Don't like to move people up as technicians. Micro manage everything you do! Use to be a great company 10-15 years ago not anymore. And for God sakes don’t be a min late thts going to be a whole meeting and lecture on being 1 min late even tho we don’t actually start work at the shop we usually linger at shop for 30 mins to a hr before leaving to jobsite. You are always in the wrong here never right. Everything you do is your fault and never theres when you literally do exactly what they say. Would not recommend working here at alll much better options elsewhere
