Judging from the date and tone of the previous employee's review, I can determine who this person is. They were asked to leave the company due to their combative attitude towards other shop-floor employees. This former employee also admitted to having anger management issues. The unprofessional sarcasm in their review sums up perfectly this persons attitude towards any sort of teamwork. Steelab does its best to be a team and a family and unfortunately this person did not see it that way. To note, their departure was a mutual decision with the company owner, and I was told was not contentious , so taking time to criticize the company is puzzling . I am sure the owners of Steelab wished this person the best as they left.

Steelab allows shop employees plenty of chances to correct unproductive work habits. Sometimes this can be a con if the employee doesn't correct their habit quick enough.
