      Lenient work environment that is not strict with time and how you use vacation days. No clocking-in or out.

      Co-workers are highly unprofessional and management turns a blind-eye to this type of behavior. No oversight or proper leadership as management has no idea how much work you deal with and accomplish. They assume you do not do anything. No career advancement, unless you socialize with management and they like you.
