Salary is quite ok, work-life balance is fine, as company allows 4 days remote (at the time I was there).

Company works in many silos, with few interaction between areas. It is very hard to get information (or things done) from other teams. Simple things take months to get solved. Many people in HQ do not speak English and most of the topics are only managed in HQ, not shared with people in other locations, as English speakers are not very welcomed in all areas. There's a lack of clarity in your activities and if you don't chase your manager around to ask for activities, you'll be there doing nothing (unless you speak French, then you'll be included in every single meeting in your area).
