Stellantis has great culture, from day one they made me feel valued. You “meet” the CEO within the first week of training, learn values and feel like you’re a part of the company although everyone is remote Training is great, they make sure you understand what you need to know prior to releasing you on your own, you’re able to ask questions. They seem to promote within, announcements made with promotions and all were internal employees, which is great! Shows you hard work pays off in this company

Pay is on the lower scale than industry standard , I took a pay cut to come here but it is well worth knowing I have a future and long term career here. The technology could be better, the network set up is really hard to work with, constantly get kicked out of the system and lose saved work. IT is not very helpful
