Working at Stellar has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The biggest drawback is the company's false advertising about being a technology-based firm. In reality, it's a retail-based services company that is light-years away from being a real marketplace. Here are some significant cons: False Technological Claims: The company boasts about its technology and marketplace, but it's all smoke and mirrors. Everything is managed manually. The technology is virtually nonexistent, making the promised efficiency a complete fantasy. Misleading Messaging: Stellar actively misleads about the extent of its technological capabilities. This deceit undermines trust and leads to frustration for everyone involved. Nepotism and Favoritism: It's evident that personal relationships with management play a significant role in the hiring process, particularly within Technology and Account Management. This not only creates a biased work environment but also undermines the skills and qualifications of other deserving candidates. Inexperienced Leadership: The CEO's comparison of himself to Mark Zuckerberg is nothing short of delusional. His professional experience is limited to a commission-based job selling knives.
