-they hire you full time and cut your hours and steal your the time that you work and make it look like its your fault -they cut your hour incase other co-worker doesnt show up, and say you obligated to stay in store till other person doesnt show up, and even if you stay, the machine doesnt pay you as you stay so your basically working for free. -as they cut your hours and your not payed and you confront them about it , they say we will pay you and they never do. - their buisness is mostly important then them paying you. -they pay is $16 and hour and when thet hire you full time, they cut your hour and make you work part time and try to make you work other time for free by saying you cant leave the store when its your time to go. no one last 1-2 months in that job because it is so shity with its shity pay and shity management. -If they get word that you try to quit with them , they will find every excuse to fire you and theyll prentend to to feel bad even though you dont feel bad yourslef becauase you got a better job line up. -they complain how you not on time at 4 am or 5 am when they(mamangment ) come at 6 and 8am and thinks yourexpandable.

I love our team and culture. Management takes feedback very well. Great work/life balance. This is NOW an awesome company to work for. This has definitely not always been the case. My review would have been much different with the old CEO and management structure.

Unfair pay, unlawful hiring practises for sub contractors - you use your vehicle, tools, gas, business insurance and they pay per hour - theoretically but not practically. They decide how many hours is on job, even if you spend there twice their time calculation. Against TWC laws. Also - they schedule the jobs. Mgmt criticize a lot even though all 3 plumbing managers combined has less experience than myself. The waste contractor' s time with before, during and after pics. You have to take no less than 15 pics including people homes. They give bids, you cant do that even as a sub contractor and the one doing the job. Just for example - to run my sewe camera, use my gas, my truck and ins they pay $250 (pfff). To remove layer of rocks in yard and dig to replace 6 ft of main pipe under a bush they paid me $ 390. ( And i am an Responsible Master Plumber with 21 y experience). I was refused to get paid for snaking a main line with my 1/2 inch cable sewer machine, because i forgot to take a pic of the the machine snaking. I was asked to go back to a job site to take s pic of the sticker of the newly replaced heater. I just called renter and he sent me one. Point is they are using contractors labor and are being dishonest and lack any integrity.
