It's a very good place to work I've ever worked. Team leaders and colleagues are also genuine, helpful & so kind as well. Flexible timing. Good environment.

It's quite difficult to inform before 15 days to take leave because no one can even predict tomorrow how could anyone inform for leave before 2 weeks. If employees are working on extra hours/overtime then they should get extra benefits/appraisals/overtime pay, then they would not feel like they are working for free even on holidays and not getting anything in return.

Thank you for the feedback. Re Leave policy - we have this policy as we have responsibility to inform all the stakeholders i.e. client, team members etc. and simultaneously manage the deadlines. Also, there seems to some misunderstanding as we do approve emergency leaves and last minutes leaves for more obvious reasons. Having said that, we still have 100% leave approval ratio and we are very proud of that fact. Furthermore, we don't ask anyone to work on holidays. Re Lunch place - we have two offices and the bigger one has all the amenities.

WFH Opportunities are provided. 6. Work Culture is Good, We can work here with all our heart and reward is there for hardwork here comparing to other companies

1. Sometimes Salary is not coming on time. 2. Few Managers in certain department of the office are partial and Biased. 3. There is always a certain order of flow to be followed, no room for creativity or idea generations. 4. Opinions are heard but not considered, you can get shut down from the manager for providing feedback regarding workflow structure. 5. Asking for Sick Leave is a task.
