Large RSU bonus only to rug pull when lay offs hit. Great annual review does not equal job stability. politically motivated targeted lay offs. Will hire people (months long courting and onboarding) only to lay off when bad quarter hits. Toxic senior leadership that doesn't know what kinda company they want to be.
