      Great salary and benefits. The Flexible time off policy allows me to maintain my work life balance and have the time needed to flex my work hours when my family needs my attention.

      There are a lot of changes happening at Stem, mostly positive and much needed changes, but it has impacted employee morale. Hopefully, with the leadership changes we have seen, the culture will start to shift in a better direction.
