There are a lot of changes happening at Stem, mostly positive and much needed changes, but it has impacted employee morale. Hopefully, with the leadership changes we have seen, the culture will start to shift in a better direction.

I've really enjoyed the culture here at Stem. Working directly with the leadership team and HR has been an incredible experience. I learned a lot about energy storage technology and got solid sales curiosity training that strengthened my fundamentals and confidence in customer conversations.
