the owner and her partner will do anything to make an extra dollar. The practices are unethical. The owner acts like a highschool bully if she doesn’t like you/include you in her “special group.” There will be a lot of empty promises to keep you on the team that will never be fulfilled. You will be working well over 40 hours and they will find a way to twist words in the contract to avoid working the legal limit. You are expected to come in when sick and if you call in you’ll feel the boss’s passive aggressive energy for doing so. The owners will text/call you about coverage/duties outside of work hours allowing limited work/life balance. You will have minimal to no documentation time leaving you to write reports at home… again -no work life balance. Just do yourself a favor and save yourself from seeking mental health services and work literally anywhere else.

This place has provided me with some of the greatest co-workers I have had. Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help. Lots of collaboration. The owner is approachable and understands her employees. There is room for growth and management cares and wants to know how to help people reach their goals.

Not really cons as management is transparent and we know that benefits and policies/procedures are being added and updated.
