Step Forward Therapy has been a phenomenal place to work. The therapists that work here go above and beyond for the children that they treat. Because of this attitude, SFT is a place of creativity, support, and never-ending laughs. I truly feel as though I can be myself with my co-workers. I have very much enjoyed the interdisciplinary aspect of the speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists in order to best treat our clients. Through this collaboration, I have also learned immensely from many clinicians in their varying disciplines that work here. If you are looking for a family centered place of work, I would highly suggest Step Forward Therapy. SFT's owner's mission is to treat as many children as possible in our community. This has allowed me to meet remarkable families and their children. Because of this, I look forward to going to work everyday to serve our kind and fun-loving families.
