After five years of working for this company, I only got $0.50 more than someone just starting out. I trained numerous new employees and did not get paid for it. My work load continued to increase as new policies were implemented continuously. Employee turn over rate is very high. There was no air conditioner in the lobby over the grueling hot summer.

Most of the pros of this place have left

Most frequent question - "how can we do this cheaper?" GM would rather blame and "delegate" rather than actively being a partner to a solution to challenges presented to those he leads. Continual staffing shortages fueled by ongoing manager and staff turn-over resulting in frequent long hour workloads.
