- demanding and unreasonable superiors with tendency of micromanagement - less than desirable leadership (culture of blame) > tendency of pushing the blame to the subordinates should any issues arise instead of working together to solve the problem as a team, leader opts to escape from the problem to protect themselves from scolding and you have to take the brunt of it all - taking apprentices for granted - always advocates for work-life balance but insinuates that they should be putting in extra time and effort to implement different initiatives to make the work more productive, but they are not compensated for working beyond official work hours. - lack of clarity on direction - poor feedback loop
