- excellent co-workers - co-workers help you - hr cares of employees - good place for design and field expereince - social events - match RRSP - summer hours in fridays

- manager prices of the projects too low and then problems come - poor quality work because projects have little hours in them. - no laptop provided (only cellphone). no work from home. - manager avoids problems and employees deal with it - new ideas are not accepted by management - clients are not very important - field reports are not taken seriously - issued weeks or months after a visit.
