STR is the best job I’ve ever had. I feel very grateful to work at a company that cares strongly about the work that we do AND about each individual employee. The atmosphere most days feels more like a family than a work place, and that care is felt from all levels all the way up to high management and CEO level. Hard work never goes unnoticed or unrecognized, and when you get lucky to find a place like STR, coming to work every day never feels like “work”.
