Can’t list any cons for this company

Team was great, lots of like minded individuals that are enthusiastic about what they do regardless of role. The younger team members were aligned in goals and purpose, senior roles were keen on mentorship and helped out from my experience.

Management was disorganized and demonstrated poor leadership, specifically the directors. Many would try to hold you back in terms of career growth and showed favoritism depending on who they could pressure (different than coachability) over employees who did the work and demonstrated ability to get things done.
