The team I worked with was wonderful. Everyone was willing to help eachother to get the calls done. Variety of call types. Great training.

They sold this division of the company to someone else. I heard it's not that great anymore. I left before that.

I am not sure there is any. Maybe that training was not super hard.

There is sooo many cons. The main con though was the management and lack of help for new employees.
