Vantaggi
On-site cafeteria. Benefits are decent once you have access (they say they are available on day one, but in reality, you have to wait 90 days). It’s an Italian company, and the Italians are nice. They are investing in America.
Svantaggi
I can’t speak to all management, but mine certainly lies about a lot of things, not the least about pay.
The training is poor. Inexperienced employees are paired with inexperienced employees, and management wonders why things aren’t progressing.
They can’t/don’t pay their bills. They are constantly running out of clean room clothing and smocks, etc.
The machines are down, often for days at a time. When they do run, they don’t run properly, which slows down production and lowers employee morale.
Management, mine anyway, doesn’t know how to manage—people, or anything else, it seems. He doesn’t look subordinates in the eye, unless he’s glaring. He’s rude and insulting, and he doesn’t listen-only blames.
The company is hemorrhaging managers, 4-5 just this week.
