Company has no organization. Bad management. Employees who don't do their share skate by while managers turn a blind eye and everyone else has to pick up the slack. Owners of the company have no respect or appreciation for staff. They're extremely out of touch with their employees. You're treated like a child. It’s demeaning. You're left to fend for yourself then get reprimanded for making mistakes or not working hard enough. Nothing you do is enough. Your only job is to make the owners more money so they can buy cars, go on vacations and eat meals on the company dime every day. Employees end up resenting each other because of lack of communication. Zero office culture. It's depressing to come into work every day. Employees either just don't show up or are sleeping at their desks. Owners are checked out and not aware of the day to day happenings of their own company. The office itself is neglected. The bathroom sinks and toilets are constantly out of order, lights are burned out and never replaced. Air conditioning is spotty during summer so you're left to sweat it out in your cubicle. Holes in the ceiling patched with a cardboard box for a year and leaky ceilings result in wet desks when it rains. Your ideas and suggestions for improvement are ignored. No one cares. You won't be listened to and you'll be talked into believing this is the greatest place to work. New employees have no idea what they're in for when they are hired. No advancement can happen. You'll stay in the same position for years because there's nowhere to go. Low pay brings in young, immature employees. Stale, outdated company owned by people who have no idea how to run a business in 2024.
