Wants to grow but is making missteps in marketing - they were making very strong advances with analysts and PR until they brought in a consultant that destroyed the marketing and messaging. A new marketing director was hired but there is no communication or visibility, so much of the messaging misses the mark and is not understood by our customers and prospects. They are also trying to increase the sales team in the US and are on theri 2nd VP sales manager within 12 months. This has caused the loss of some seasoned sales experts and 50% of the new hires only last about 3 months. The other challenge is the desire to keep all implementation services to themselves and not create a partner network that is needed to achieve the desired new account growth. The internal teams are already overloaded.
